What if weather conditions change?

Safety is always prioritized. Our operations team monitors forecasts and sea state continuously. If weather is unsuitable, we offer route adjustment, schedule shift, or policy-based credit.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard cancellations made 14+ days before departure are eligible for partial refund based on vessel class. Last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable unless weather restrictions apply.

What is included in charter pricing?

Typical inclusions cover captain and crew, fuel for selected route zone, welcome refreshments, and standard marine amenities. Premium catering, event styling, and extra hours are quoted separately.

What should guests bring onboard?

Please bring valid ID, sun protection, light clothing, and personal medication. We recommend soft footwear and avoiding hard luggage when possible.

How do you manage safety onboard?

All vessels are equipped with required safety gear. Crews provide a pre-departure briefing and maintain active guest monitoring during cruising, swimming, and transfers.
