These terms govern all charter bookings, services, and interactions with Mystic Playn through mysticplayn.com and direct communications.

1. Booking Confirmation

A charter is confirmed only after deposit receipt and written confirmation from Mystic Playn. Proposed itineraries remain subject to vessel availability.

2. Pricing and Payments

All quoted rates are in USD unless otherwise noted. Final total may vary based on route extension, premium add-ons, or additional service requests.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation terms depend on notice period and vessel class. Rescheduling is offered where feasible. Weather-related adjustments follow operational safety policy.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to follow crew instructions and maintain respectful conduct onboard. Unsafe behavior may result in immediate charter termination without refund.

5. Safety and Operational Authority

The captain holds final authority on navigation, weather response, and route modification to protect guests, crew, and vessel integrity.

6. Liability Limitations

Mystic Playn is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by weather, port restrictions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Governing Framework

These terms are interpreted in alignment with applicable Malaysian laws and maritime operational standards.
